Boarding was chaotic. I didn’t finish dinner because I went to bed early. Breakfast omelet was overcooked and tasteless but croissant was better than usual. Plane was dirty—crumbs in every seam and lavatory was poorly maintained (paint peeling, etc.) and toilet paper had not been refreshed before takeoff. No cubby for storage in first and seat was narrow.

The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me.

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. It wasn't really their fault it was the horrible winds and we just got unlucky.

Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.

The plane was in bad condition. We were taxied for mode than an hour because a light panel had feel off. The bathroom in first class had broken panels as well. Overall poor aircraft maintenance

Left Atlanta on delta plane, started our descent into Panama City and then the plan turns around and the CAPT came over the intercom and said that there was a wheel alarm and we had to fly back to Atlanta airport because they had services. The pictures are of the emergency vehicles circling us and escorting us to the gate in Atlanta. Turns out right wheel had damage. We had to wait for another plane fly in from Louisiana before we could bird again. And boarding was an experience, we had to be manually verified because the passes and computer system had us marked as departed.

How about not delaying a red eye flight by 3 hours and causing a chain reaction of missed connecting flights

More space in the cabin. The guy in front of me leaned his seat back and I felt he was sitting in my lap.

The boarding process was terrible especially with an indirect flight Chicago to Seattle to San Diego was terrible talking about we overbooked a flight idk if I’d take this airline ever again we got off our flight from Chicago to Seattle and we traveled for business and they told us our connecting flight was over booked and their was no seats asking people to take a delayed next flight and they don’t tell anyone coughing to wear masks seats 30A-B were terrible during the flight no one wants to sit next to people coughing all around I don’t want to be sick traveling for work or get sick anytime it’s very upsetting the staff doesn’t take this stuff serious to tell them to wear masks when they see people coughing and sneezing

Flight from Lisbon to Barcelona was ok. Business flight Boston to Lisbon was awful. Attendants should pay more attention to Business Passengers and not be so stingy with water. Worse Business Flight I have ever taken. Food was awful. Cramped for space.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

Larger seats on this plane made the ride reasonably comfortable. Our next flight, from Lisbon to Copenhagen, was inconsiderately tight and stressful. The seats were smaller, space between rows was very limited (no button or mechanism to even slightly incline anyone’s seat), and leg-cramping under the seat in front. Just like sardines in a can. Really felt for all the tall Danes on the flight. Their knees were pressed against the seat in front throughout the flight.

I wish to bring to your attention an incident involving a flight attendant that occurred on my recent journey. The attendant displayed a lack of courtesy, which was concerning. For instance, after accidentally spilling water on a passenger, the attendant dismissed the situation rather than offering a proper apology. Additionally, when I handed over my trash, the attendant reacted negatively because I placed a paper cup on the tray, she told me this doesn't go here and threw it back on my table. It was apparent that she was experiencing a challenging day, which unfortunately impacted the service provided to myself and other passengers. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it is essential for customer-facing staff to seek support to manage personal stress without it affecting their professional responsibilities.

The flight crew was good, the flight itself was quick and comfortable

Ground staff at Rome gate & boarding were rude and unhelpful

Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!

Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

The flight was good, but not entertainment or free food or drinks were offered.

Great travel. Only issues were rude passengers, sorry to say.

- OK plane. Basic accommodations. OK food. The digital window shade wasn't working. - Expect to be woken up more than an hour before landing when they start dinging the bell and making announcements and turning on all cabin lights to serve a snack. I would prefer they remain quiet and only serve people who want to wake up.

The seats were tiny, being of a fairly petite build, I don’t usually expect to feel crammed and cramped in a seat, but I definitely was on this flight. I couldn’t even bend over to get anything out from under the seat in front and getting up to go to the bathroom at night with the seat backs reclined was nearly impossible. I had to do gymnastics to get over and out. For an airline that does long flights overnight, it’s kind of ridiculous.

my original flight was cancelled the previous day, and i was rescheduled onto this flight, which left much earlier in the morning, impacting my previous evening and requiring me to get up much earlier in the morning to get to the airport online. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst.

My baggage did not arrived with me. Took 3 days to get it after so may calls and follow up

The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!

Offered vegetable curry when it was actually tofu which I don’t care for.

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.

The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!
